As for me personally, VirtueMart shopping cart is more flexible and handy to use and comes with lots of features necessary for convenient eCommerce environment

Yes, I do. If needed, I can create a custom theme for you or you can choose from a range of ready-made ones.

Where can i see the ready-made ones and what are your prices for custom made?

I'll publish it in a new post specifically for you. But I'd like to note that at this moment I have only one Magento theme, shame of me :(
