Well its not easy get to first page of Googke SERP for any keyword. Some keywords are highly competitive and we can't even get near anywhere. But its not hard to get on first page of SERP for smaller and less competitive keyword phrases.

First page ranking really depends on the keywords and competition. If you want to rank a high competitive keyword, then it would be difficult task and may need some time. Also depends on the strategy you implement.

You could try either google translate or google chrome itself. With Google translate you can translate an entire web page by adding the url to the translator, and in chrome, you can right click and select translate this page (If it doesn't give you the option to when the site loads).

ok i see, a correct onpage optimization and the kw in the signature of the forum ( that must be clicked by others), but i don't think that it will work with a highly competitive kw without backlink.
