The links you can find on the list I posted can be used to build high quality backlinks to you site.

Procedure:
1. Go to the forums of the list
2. Open an account and wait 1 or 2 days
3. Put your links to your website or blog on your profile using anchor texts for them and get the Url where you put the links clicking on your forum profile name
4. Bookmark this Url creatig links for your links
5. You can also create a RSS feed and fill it with the forum Urls you got in the steps 1,2 and 3 and then submit the RSS feed at Internet Marketing & SEO Forum | IMTalk.org

Your website or blog will improve Ranks and depending on the amount of links you get, reach the first google page for the keywords you put as anchor texts.

Look at the end of point nr. 4 or at my signature), thats an anchor text and under these words is a link (it says to google that for "Internet Marketing & SEO Forum" there is a given Url, so that Google associates this Url with this content, thats the base of SEO!). The same you have to do with the forum profiles of the list I posted. Just paste the html code with your anchor texts (up to 3 pro forum profile) on the signature field of each forum profile. Then you need to get the Url where your links are ( to get the Url your links are in you need to click on your forum profile name).

4. Social bookmarking is a great way to generate link four you links, I social bookmarking sites you can post Urls as stories or experiences (The Urls you got at the forums with the links you put in your forums profiles).
