Of the list, feedage, feedagg and rss.buymyscripts.net are a must. You can backlink a feedage minipage to actually rank, they're pretty strong in terms of rss sites, it seems...

I usually use bulkping, but i have problems with their RSS submitter for now. I think they are on maintenance. I can give this a try.

also use the 2 most popular rss directories like feedage and feedagg and for extra exposure convert your page using page2rss ..

then use mass ping tool to mass ping all the backlinks to recognize by google and also submit it to linklicious.me
