Directories are good source of one way links and I would like to say thanks for this sharing.

be sure to check them all before submitting your website links in these directories, I am sure half of them might be banned by Google

Agree with you, also would like to add here that low quality directory links are really very bad for a website/blog.

I already have similar list, anyway thanks for the effort.

The list contain both free and paid web directories directories. It is useful but if the PR is updated according to the latest PR value it would be more helpful in my opinion.

A big thanks for such a huge list. But I am still wondering whether the links are still safe from google panda and penguin updates.
