I have sign up with the program, however the traffic travis does not work, anyway how do I work on this site?

try it with no space, it worked great for me :)
You can register your site if you have a blog or you can submit content (articles with up to two backlinks in them)
I recommend reading the getting started page, it's fast and easy to work with.
I have already submitted 3 articles :)

Out of your 3 articles mentioned above how many posts have you had on blogs?

Publishers need to give Administrator rights on their blogs to publish content - seems rather extreme, and potentially dangerous?
