i checked the site it is a referral program. the more the persons in your downline the traffic you will get.
no reffered members= no traffic

Downline programs will only get you traffic from those who want to click links to gain points.
The vast majority of the members are newbies (sorry for the choice of words...) and most of those will be inactive anyway.
The traffic is 99% non-targeted, because they're all in the program for their own benefit...which they will realize after some time won't bring them any good.

I believe you'll get traffic, but not the kind of traffic you'd want.

Econtinue is RIGHT on the money with his post. Unless you're promising your visitors something you can't possibly deliver in the first 7 seconds like some low life get rich quick scheme that's really only about hype and contains no truth, I know from experience the traffic you get from sources like that only create a ridiculous bounce rate and doesn't do you one bit of good unless you just like to see your site visit numbers go up. But so what? Who needs traffic that doesn't make you a dime? Talk about smoking it more and enjoying it less... Thanks Econtinue, you know your stuff.

I totally agree with econtinue. It is something completely ineffective for SEO

All of those who join these kind of programs have no idea that this has no effect for SEO purposes...they just hope to get some traffic from it. If you've ever been in one of these programs you'll have noticed that most of them display your site in a frame of their own website, so effectively no one is actually visiting your website. Your number of visitors to your domain won't go up one bit.
