Tumblr is becoming pretty useful for SEO as you can redirect the profile you have made to your website URL. Whenever you find a high PR profile to 'reblog' or 'like' these become back links which are DO FOLLOW.

Whenever you "like" on tumblr its not a DOFOLLOW, Its a No Follow link. This trick was given by SEO EXPERTS ACADEMY and now going viral but i had not seen any kind of SERP improvement even after getting 20 PR 4 links.

They all track in your webmaster tools for Google if you use that

Beware using tumblr like option for creating link build. Because they would ban you if found it. Shared video is being used my many people and due to this reason, tumblr administration staff called "tumblr radar" is becoming very strict for this. Don't try to spam tumblr. Of course, if you use tumblr with same trick (like and reblog) with daily and very few then it is ok. They might not ban you.
