1. Install it
2. Go to Yahoo! Developer Network and get an application ID
3. Enter it into Settings tab and click save
4. You are good to go

I entered my yahoo id but not accepting,so explain me clearly about this software usage.
i dont have any proxies,so how much benefits i can find with this software.

Goto here : Configuring Your Application - YDN

Search In Forums You Will Easily Get Some Proxies to Use...
