I read Andre's book. It's an eye opener. Seriously. If any IM is having problems, stuck in a rut and not sure how to get out of it, or even what got them there in the first place, this book will definitely clear all that up for them. It's detailed, giving reasons and solutions to the problem, and gives you the facts. (as well as a little lesson in wrong and right). I would recommend this book to anyone. Not just new IM's. Great, insightful read.
