this is a good list but Regular links(Reviewed in 3-4 months) this is a very high time for approving

Decent list - Not so sure about zensearch.com PR5 though, as once submitted, goes straight to an ad and doesn't confirm

True, but it evens link building out for a longer time which can be good. You dont want everything all at once.
