Ok here is the step by step:

1. login to your twiends account
2. make sure your twitter, facebook or youtube are set up properly
3. go to the twitter page
4. click on same country or all
5. click on follow on any person just to make sure the page is working properly
6. copy and paste this code into the url of your browser and press enter

Nice! And this works also on Facebook Fan Pages?
Will Twiends not bann my account maybe my IP?

I have not had any issues yet but the key is to use it conservatively don't grab 1000 seeds do it in smaller numbers :)
