are u certain these are auto approved ? many times I downloaded this kinda crap and at last most of them are not auto approved

Nope, most of them are exported after success, not after check links ( for autoapprove check ). Also my list "110k auto approve urls.txt" was shared on blackhatworld as " success" list, not dofollow and autoapprove, but after 2 days my list was posted everywhere as DOFOLLOW AND AUTOAPPROVE

He has actually provided you a huge list, you just need to post on them and i will suggest using some software to find affective links. Dont look for those which are spammed to death, look for those which you can post your link. I hope then you will see the benefit of this list.
