ooppZzz, sorry dude, I didn't check this list for few months. However I think majority of sites there are working. It doesn't matter foreign language or not, just follow the instructions, nearly for all sites, you have to do the same thing to make back links. so I think language will not be a problem. most of site designs are the same

it's a good idea, I have checked it out. The Contra is you have to do it manual.

these link are worthless as well time waste. when admin see these posts(links) on website, he simply delete all posts. These type of links(.edu) I have already build but the Admin delete the all posts.
