Yes, it has a tool to make backlinks also but I am not sure whether it is safe or not. Even if anyone wants to exclude backlink maker tool then also there are many valuable tools in this site.
I have been using this for a long time to be honest. :)

the site is good the tool is good for link indexing but not good for money site
I only use it in he same way I use IMT Submitter, sometimes I use a few of them I have never been penalized and I have used multiple at a time. Yesterday I ranked a site for Dart Supplies Widnes in half an hour using these 2 sites and on page SEO. The competition was low ofc but still it placed it on the page 1 before I finished everything I was doing.
