i really don't trust backlinks fro that source they are really not that quality. links gotten manually are what i go for though have not used it since they are still in their beta state i prefer to wait till it get better or better still i can use it as my 2nd tier backlink

I can appreciate that and I hear that a lot. But I have listed so many sites to google quick using these sources and never had an issue. I think if it were 20,000 links then that would be a problem but a few hundred. Has always just helped me.

Google is too smart now to analyze the backlinks coming naturally and backlinks coming without effort. If you are talking of building backlinks then I think the right process is to build backlinks slowly and daily.
