I just got a 403 on pingoat.com. 403 messages are often a configuration problem or glitch on the server and the site admin may get it worked out. Getting a 403 does indicate that the site is still there, the server was found but access was denied.
At least i got 2 working sites: pingfarm.com pingbomb.com and the rest are 403
I have heard from somewhere that these sites can hurt SEO score. Is it true?
