Post a message on your bulletin board using the NAME / URL method (you know, key word as the name) then create RSS by simply clicking on the 'create RSS' button beside your profile name! Then copy that over to IMT RSS submitter and put in your title and create some backlinks. PR5

No its permanent. The signup is free and it indexes superfast! remember to use key words as your name so you get the anchor text too! I created 2 accounts under both of my emails.

if this can get me a higher page rank it really cool but i doubt it because all page rank really need to start from zero and it takes time to get to PR5
