This is the view from my window where I live and work. What are the views like where you live and work?

Oooh, absolutely gorgeous! I've never visited South Africa (is that in South Africa?), but now I really want to. Nice!

It's still cold here, no leaves on the trees and the grass is mostly brown. Come spring, though, I'll shoot a picture from my office window. There is a tree in my front yard that is a mix of a willow tree and dogwood. So, when it flowers half the tree has white flowers, the other half has pink flowers. I love that little freak of a tree.

I live and work in Sunrise on sea in South Africa. It's about half an hour from the main city here called East London. It has its own small village center and semi private school, so its kinda like living in your own little world. I've been here for around 4 or 5 years now and would never go back into the city. The added plus is that it is right in the middle of a nature reserve so the area remains unspoilt.

I would love to see the little tree in bloom, it sounds so interesting.

It's the best to be sure. The one thing I do realize after being here this long is that when I go into town, I cannot understand why everyone seems in such a hurry. Where I live now, the atmosphere is so relaxed, and to me that's really important if you work in an area where there is a lot of stress. It helps you relax. IMO small towns are all like that.

That is a beautiful view. I think for me personally, I cannot be away from the ocean though. I have tried it a few times, but I miss having that salty ocean smell and a wide blue expanse of ocean near me. Thank you for sharing alcymart.
