Thread: A question about art.

I use it as my avatar, but I thought I would get some feedback on a hobby of mine.

I am a photo manipulator and love manipulating metal above anything else.

This is my horse ashkarok, and initially it took me three days to mold his body completely in metal parts taken from cars, bikes, washing machines and even armor.

My question is this; Do you think I should try do this to a photo of a person? or any other animal?
I have always played with the idea of creating a metal panther, tiger, or a person. I have made bionic spiders though.

well i need to see this creativity with some human photo.

I think, when I find the time I will experiment on my 3D models first and then move onto a real person. It could be interesting to see how it turns out. What other animals do you think would look good as a robot?

I was a little at a loss when it came to his tail. I did not want to use pipes, wires and stuff, so I decided to use an aspect from the second prototype, which had a fire mane and tail. I didn't want to use the mane, so I used the tail instead. His next "move" was to be fling along with metal wings, but then I would have to rethink the tail as people would think he's gas powered
