Remember when......

My computer crashed a couple of weeks ago and before I bought this one I plugged in an old computer I had which made me think.... Remember the old dial up days. LOL. I remember a buddy calling me years ago and saying man you have got to get a 56K modem those things are fast! I remember looking up pictures and having to wait almost a minute for them to load.
I remember an old commercial for AOL that billed it as "like having a library at your fingertips" Lol.

yes what a nice time, it was that time fast for us. we could not even imagine how fast will be the net speed later, even the PC speed itself now with SSD HD and almost all PC with Quardcore CPU, which was having some years before only the Mac Pro from apple, which was very expensive like a small new car. Crazy how it runs fast the future. I remember the floppy disks, and as well the Harddisks was very small, every single Mega byte was gold worth. today, a terabyte is near common already, even for my backup i am using a 4HD Mirow station.

What will be coming in the next 20 years?

better we didn't know it....

I think my first modem was supra express 33.600 LOL
Then us robotics 56K....
