I had bad experience with burst.net
i registered for account with an email id and i generally use another for paypal.
they said the email id's didn't match so couldn't activate my vps. asked refund and they made it a very long process like asking scanned copies driving license , passport signed my hands

who'd do that for 50$? even paypal, adsense or ebay never asked such things :mad:

cheap hosting prices, but if the server is really reliable?
