I know that I can use high speed connection of the VPS to download videos and upload videos, and for running SEO tools (automated programs ) and automate link building projects but I've not ventured into this side of Internet Marketing yet, so I want to collate reviews before jumping in.
1. Please share your experiences with different VPS services ? Pls give me recommendations.
2. And what is your favourite SEO Money Making Tool ?

Well not every VPS provider let you run those seo tools like xrunner or scrapebox in their VPS. There are some VPS providers who allow it but those are pretty costly. You can find these providers in Blackhat forums.
About video upload and downloading, for that you will need a Dedicated server. A VPS will be not enough. Also unless those videos are legal, it won't work.

No I don't have. Not using VPN/VPS type servers since I don't run scrapebox or xrunner. But in those forums you can find people who do it daily. Their recommendations can be very helpful.

If you're serious about IM you should have one or more VPS's depending on your software, unless you have a HUGE machine and Connection on your end. Hostamus is a pretty good VPS provider.
