Hi all,
I'm currently using a basic GoDaddy shared account and am (like many others) routinely disappointed by its speed. I'm not concerned with spending a bit more and would gladly switch to another more expensive host, but I'm loathe to change a ton of MySQL database references in my code and move a WordPress Wp-Hive installation that uses subdomains, which I'm sure will be bear to setup on the new host.
2 questions:
1. Will the godaddy grid hosting account provide any (even marginal) speed improvement?
2. Is it true, as godaddy support as assured me, that I won't need to change the references to any databases or perform any other setup after making the switch to grid hosting?
Thanks much for any insight you can provide.
