How do you auto back up your websites? Any good free tool to auto backup your files and send to a remote server? For those using CPANEL, there is a backup module but I am not sure if it is auto back up.

You can setup a cron job by yourself, but moustly every hosting have this feature in their "control panel" included, if not just ask support about backup.
