high ram usage issue

Hello experts,
I purchased mochahost vps pack 1.
It has 400mb Ram,
I Installed apache, mysql, php, and ftp,

The issue-
The control panel show high memory usage, 90% and above.

Currently it is hosting only 1 site- hdcarwalls.com

The question-
Is 400 Mb too low for just LAMP ?

Depends on how it is setup, also according to this setup it is using server RAM.
Don't worry about that server will manage this, you only need to watch for load average if you are concern about server usage.

400 MB is minimum size in these days. You can get super fast RAMs(Random Access Memory) in less price only so that your process can also works in high performance bits per second.
