Use for example <a href="http://www.yourdomainname">Text you want to appear as a link</a> if you want the link to open in the same window. But if you want the link to open in another window, then use <a href="http://www.yourdomainname" target="_blank">Text you want to appear as a link</a>
yes, by using <a> tag you can give link to the keywords.
For Example:
<a href="best-hostings.in/">Best Web Hosting</a>
you can also give a title="Link Titlle" tag in your a href.
