Thread: website stats?

i don't know if this is the right thread or not im new here so just tell me :/
i need some help on how can i view the stats of a website im driving some traffic.
i just want to see if its increasing or not..is it possible for me to see it?
do i need a software for it? hope someone would help me thanks.
