I mean a script for making a website like clickbank. I found some scripts but no testversion or good demo. All scripts are over $99 and that is to much for testing anything.

few month ago i search that scripts like You, but i test over 30 scripts and all are sh**t!, Thank god I dont start make money with this scripts!
Almost all work need good tools - usually its not free - 100$ its really nice price if You take look into the amount you can earn money.
If this amount is not satisfactory You just outsource this product for CB or other provider - I follow that way.

I have no problem to pay $100 for a good script, maybe $150 or 200. But i like to test it before. The most script sites have no good demo and so i dont like to pay any money for a buggy and useless script.

try to contact script owner and ask him to provide demo for Your personal use. Just feel like customer and be demanding!
If they dont response in 24hr or dont provide fullywork demo just leawe it!
Poor contact at start does not bode good. It alvays important for me to have good support "just in case"
