Thread: Does Plugins boost your SEO

Hello fellow members,

I had visit the warrior forum, and many people promote their stuff there. I was wondering if people have use their plugins and thought it is useful. I am interested in the following plugin

1. Social pips
2. Wp magic content
3. #3 in google in 8 min?

If you have any experience with this plugins please ahre with us.

I don't know about these stuff, maybe you can give us the link? (if it's allowed to place live link, just place it here)
But the tool no #3 sounds too much, I fear it's another WSO with full of hype

They are all plugins sold on warrior forum, I am asking how effective are these plugins.

I think you may talking about Social Pipes, Don’t have much knowledge about all plug-ins, which you have mentioned here but knowing about Social Pipes is a good Wordpress Plug-in, which work with different sites means your post gets sent to hundreds of social media sites pointing back to your website.

So alan you think it would be worth to buy this social pipes? have you seen any improve website traffic?

Before you spend money for any product check for free options to do what you wish to do. Sometimes paid products provide good value, but sometimes you can find a free service that will do almost the same thing. In this case compare Social Pipes to the service of onlywire that I understand is free. There is also an onlywire plug-in for WP, I have heard.

Thanks wink0r, I would check it out. I am pretty new at all this plugin stuff so I do get carried away, there are so many promises here and there but I am not sure which is real and which is BS.

Yeah sometime use of plug-ins can reduce your work and save lots of time. An ideal example of is is the online RSS reader where you can get update from your favorite blogs at one place where you don't need to visit those blogs again to check updates. The same way some application which automatically add post on twitter and facebook would be great option to reduce the coast.

Every blog i use have these Plugins:

cbnet Ping Optimizer
Google +1
XML Sitemap
Platinum SEO Pack / All in one SEO

WP Mini SEO Tool ( this is my own tool for checking site informations - will come to IMtalk ASAP)

And for specific blogs i use some others plugins like wp permalauts (for german blogs), wp to twitter, wp to facebook, wordpress.com stats, bulk removing comments, all in one adsense, related posts and some Plugins from WSO.

I think all in one seo plug-in works well for most wp sites

Yoast SEO for WordPress is what I use, love it. Fantastic bit of kit, its free to use and it analysers your SEO before you submit your post to check how well it will do.

Yoast is good. I have worked with it a few times and love how you can do everything while writing a post. It has everything laid out for you when you start, and even helps by looking at what you have written to find keywords etc. I have not used All in one though, but I have had a look at many websites' coding and have felt uncomfortable with it for some reason. Maybe its because I always find duplicate meta details... but that could just be a setting in the blog and the plugin.

I used All-in-one for WP when I first started. It was okay the down side with it, it slowed my website down a hell of a lot! Amount of crashes between pages loading increased took me ages to work out what the problem was and it was that plugin.

I think it will boost your SEO a lot depending on the plugins that you use... Like on MyBB if you use Google SEO it will help a lot.. But along with blackout dont overfill with plugins or else you will crash the pages.. So do it wisely...

it was me long time ago, first i start my own blog, i install all of unnecessary plugin which i thought is cool and auto moderated, but in the end, i realize if you don't look into details of the plugin and also review from other user, the plugin might be a hole for hackers to penetrate your site

Same here when I first got my website, I got my website suspended for 3 days because I had over 27 plugin's running on my WP website. I now have 14 and they don't run alot of power the most powerful one maybe Jetpack & YOAST SEO all the rest are little bits like Avatars, Popular Post, Ad-injection, Sitemap etc.
