Wordpress plugin problem

heloo i am install wordpress script and install many wordpress plugins but when i am install All in one Seo pak plugin and activate give this error
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class All_in_One_SEO_Pack in /home/.../public_html/seo/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php on line 3

please help me how to active this plugin

With all plugin errors it's best practice to deactivate all plugins, then re-install one by one to see if one particular plugin is causing the problem. So deactivate them all, then activate All in one seo and see if it works.
