Need Help with Thesis theme.

Howdie friends! i've changed my site theme!
recently but when I requested review for it and many of the reputer memebers said that the site is not looking good.
So! can anyone help me customizing the thesis theme for my blog..

I see almost same design everywhere specially the Thesis users's blog. You need to customize lots of things in your blog. Why did you choosed Thesis if there is many professional themes available for WordPress (even free)?

I see your 'Serivce' page where you mentioned that you can customize Thesis (or any) WordPress theme. But starnge here you are asking for help to customize Thesis theme

Anyways I can customize any theme but I face problems while working with WordPress frameworks
