Thread: Any experience with Dreamweaver?

I just want to know something about Dreamweaver. Can you briefly tell me something about it? Is there any tutorial on the web from which I can learn something about it?

I always use Dreamweaver to customize my blog layouts. That is very important software for web designers. You can see your blog/website live while customizing some codes, how it looks like.

I use DW for all my life from version 3, it is very easy to use, you can find many totorials for beginners on the internet one such is:

definitely a must have when you are a web designer. i can say that it is a user friendly compare to other design software. nemanja is right, you can download some tutorials online.

I have only used MS frontpage, will try to use dreamweaver have it on my hard drive somewhere

Dreamweaver is my primary tool when building a site. It is very user friendly and you can do a simple site even you are a noob. It is feature enrich too that allows you to have all the necessary tools you need in just one program. I have tried other but i always keep coming back to dreamweaver. For me its the best.

There are loads of tutorials all over the internet. Just go to google and search for it. There are many websites which offer these tutorials in a very descriptive manner. If nothing else, I am sure you can find something on youtube!

On YouTube we can get video about dream weaver? Can you post here link? If on you tube any software related video are available then it is really great!

3-4 years ago I had pile of orders for converting websites. When converting
from MS FrontPage to Macromedia Dreamveawer, resulting code oftenly was

~3 times smaller even without any use of databases. Later I started to try
various CMS, after Wordpress/Blogspot switched to Artisteer. Dreamy still
is a wonderfull instrument for many of wannabees, just one issue: started

create unneeded CSS to my code, so now I'm using PHP Designer 2008 Pro.
I used DW from v4.x, at that time main problem was encodings localisation.

I use Dreamweaver a whole lot when designing websites. It is really a must have program. You can make really simple or complex websites with it and it has a lot of tools that make things several times easier. And there are loads of tutorials online on how to use the program.

Dreamviewer is maximum recommended for creating and editing the existing website/blogs. It is very easy and simple, dreamviewer provides many options for editing them very easily. Basic HTML tags are being used so from the my point of view it is the best software.
