That would depend on how extensive the site is and any special features. There are free ecommerce plugins for WordPress and there is free eccommerce software.

It depends on a lot of factors.

There are many different eCommerce platforms, some of them free, some paid.

The you might need hosting, web-design, content creation, product placement, SEO and maybe paid traffic strategies. Hosting will cost you, but most of the rest of those things can be done for free if you are willing to do the research to learn how to do them well, and to take the time to do them effectively.

A quick tip for eCommerce SEO . . . most product pages won't have enough text to get good SEO results, so my recommendation is to create a blog, where you can write articles of 2,400 words or more, which is what is necessary to include enough expert content to get good SEO results.

Well, if you're still want an opinion, there's no magic tricks here, I think. Look at Shopify or Wix if you're planning to create an ecommerce site. Both are among the most popular platforms in the world, offering lots of features and apps to enhance your website's functionality. And talking about the prices... Well, it depends on your plans, but keep in mind that simple website for small businesses can cost you between $100 and $500 to build.
