My name is Amrik Virdi. I am going to start a new vbulletin forum with Funky Fresh Style.(Same as IMTalk).
Can anyone fix this. The Post New Thread box is gone up. I need to fix that BOX and make it lower...

It looks like you need a clear: both; rule in the css applied to the location of the brown/orange bar at the end of the post box. The rule is probably already in the css as a class rule (something like .clear) so it would just be a mater of finding the right place to apply the rule. (<div class="clear"></div>)

I took a peek, the reply button is in the right place using FireFox. If you make changes you sometimes need to do a forced refresh, with FF you can hold the control key and hit F5. A browser caches pages locally and will recall the local version instead of downloading the page again. Which browser do you use?
There is a display problem with the header that I see. The nav bar overlaps the bottom of the header as it is. vBulletin is using a php call for the css file and I was not able to look at your css. I have never worked with vBulletin, so I am not familiar with the structure. Probably somebody on the vBulletin would be better able to provide some information.
