There is no shortcut to achieve success, we have to make a clear road map and have to follow it strictly.

First thing to start web designing you have to have a great interest to learn it.
Then you focus on logo design and web template design in a simple way.
Your starting template should have a logo, menu bar, content and footer.

slowly you need to improve yourself then you focus on html and css coding.

Website designing is not as difficult as people think it just need practice and creativity of work. Practice make men perfect therefore i don't think it is difficult to be a good designer.

I see some people "designer", but without any creativity of work....I guess they can make a living, but for me, creativity is the difference between a good or bad designer

On the other hand, I have seen some very creative designs that are lousy on the code level. These sites are unlikely to translate well to many mobile devices. Writing good clean code that will display well on any device is more important than ever these days.

Yes I agree with winkOr...
I have so many creative and experienced web designers but they are very poor in converting their beautiful design into beautiful coding.
especially many old designers can't write responsive web design coding.

It's not about all designers but many sre there.

Designing in coding in photoshop are two different things, if you are perfect in both then only you are a complete designer else you are not, there are a lot of difference between designers and website designers and you need to understand the difference and ofcourse there will be good or bad in every field.

If you have creativity and patience, then you are the perfect for this field else do not waste your time because even you try to create something that people does not like, then there is no use.

I agree with you.
The important thing here is we need to design as per client's taste.
