I have that many people who are not belongs to web design field are saying that " web designing is my passion, I have lot of interest in designing websites... so and so"

It's really made me feel happy to listen those words. But that is possible only when you are in the career starting days.

It is not suitable for those who are already settled in jobs. Because once you enter into any field it will become hard work only.

Definitely, website designing needs patience, but it does not mean that people can not go into this field and if anyone is trying to this field from a previous job, then obviously they do not have future in that and so they are thinking to do something which may help them earn good money,.

Desire can drive anyone to any field. It means if someone belongs to the sales department of any company but if he or she has strong desire to become a web designer then the person can start giving 1-2 hours daily to this field and within an year the person will be a better designer.

No person is perfect in his field although he has lot of experience in that field Buf if you have an interest in any filed you may overcome most problems effectivily and efficiently. Globel environment is chaning continously that's why the needs of people also changing, so you need to develop your knowledge accordingly and do better to better.
