    This will depend on the type of hosting u have. If u have access to PHP.Ini or htaccess, exec times can be altered there easily. If u have vps or some reseller plans, u can do it in whm or other server manager. If u are not sure, contact tech s upport of your hosting. I f it's manager, they'll be able to help u. If ur on a shared host, most likely you won't have ability to change php. Exec time values. Let us know more about your situation.
