Thread: how to scrape data from webpages using googledoc

I decide to post in "scripts" forum beacose this is like "programming" in excel/ googledocs.

just open new sheet, and put this magical code into cell:

=ImportHtml(“http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...ion”,”table”,1)

easy fetch data from wiki

It is many of usage: i.e

=importhtml("http://www.google.com/search?q=KEYWORD+LOCALISATION";"table";3)

for easy fetch full adress of customers..
