Thread: Html web directory ?

Right am stuck! I want to add a directory to my site Moose Search Engine and Web Directory and i want it to be in html or java script is this possible and were do i find the code online ?

Html has no direct input facility to the best of my knowledge. You need a script to allow input. Php is the most common scripting language for applications like this and it does output html to the browser. Java script can probably do what you want but php will be the most common and easiest to find. Even your free web host offered php.

I have manged to put it together with html Moose Directory let me know what you think, It still needs work but i think am getting there.

This is not directly connected with the directory page, but I noticed the 'help us' tab in your nav bar. Your logo is good and you want to build your brand around it. It would be good to offer your logo linked to your site as well as the text link. You might want to offer a few of sizes, one about like your avatar here and a couple of slightly larger options.

If you have been using PHP or any other open source technology, you can go for ready made script for installing directory in your site. If you want to treat that web design directory as separate site, prefer to host on sub domain.
