i am New in SEO can anyone explain how many articles , directorys , forums , blogs, social bookmarkings want to post in one month in one website

There is no limit to post your link, but you have to be sure that submit on good web directory, don't submit your website on bad sites. Also choose the keywords before you start submitting it.

Submitting in good directory or High pr directory is important to get the back links.Article submission and blog commenting is also important for the back-links.But high page rank factor is important..

There are no limit to submit your site at different sites.But in my opinion we have to concentrate on quality of links not quantity of links.I think we have to built link which have high pr and same category site with rel="Do Follow".

John23 is right , generally big mistake is people try to add their links to NoFollow websites.

Do you think it looks a more natural link development if you throw a few nofollows in there though? Perhaps if all your links were dofollow Google may become suspicious?
