Will someone please explain the benefits of incorporating RSS feeds into your IM plan and also how to go about doing it. My understanding is that RSS feeds really only help you to get indexed faster but that they don't do much for SERPs. Is that true? Can anyone offer more detailed information or a link to a reliable source of info?

Backlinks from RSS is very good, because it can index all content rss. however, I noticed that doing link building requires a combination to get great results.
RSS feeds are considered very strong in search engines ranking algorithms plus, add in the fact that get found by google almost instantly; they can help to get your site more traffic, and can help your SERP rankings.
Do anybody know a good RSS feed creator? I would like to convert my link list to RSS feed but HTML2RSS does not work properly at this time. I used to use that formerly but now it has some trouble.
