how to increase traffic on my blog.?
how can i get free backlinks with high quality?
how long comments or links that I left on the site I love comments could be a back link.

The best traffic tips to get traffic probably is forums, comments and for sure Gues Posts on other websites. With all these methods you can get a free backlinks as well. And comment links appears as backlinks for life till that website is live.

1) you use social media network for increase your blog traffic.

2) in my observation there is no free back link with high quality. you do your self only

but now when u are doing seo, you have to be careful. However if you update your blog with great content more frequently, you dont need seo at all.

To increase your blog traffic you need to complete good seo for your site. You need to use social networking site as facebook, twitter, myspace etc. Also you will get decent amount of visitors when you have good amount of backlink.
To get free backlink you can do blog comment, article submission, directory submission, press release submission, forum posting etc.
And about place comment you need to careful activity that you comment should be unique and not spam.

fix your seo onpage, load new content periodically, let google loves you natural ways, in 4th month create backlinks with all recommended resource from this forum

How many times a day I have to submit my blog to the social bookmarking. Is there a limit in a day.

What is important (in my opinion) is to join discussions with topics related to your website's. Joining discussions allows you to gain related backlink and getting potential visitors. Also the fresh and interesting content makes your blog much more enjoyable! Make it really interesting, as an example one of my newest blogs was added to a visitors rss reader!
