    Are link wheels a valid SEO method after Google Panda and Google Penguin?

    I would like to ask the community if links wheels still give good SERPs results after the two last Google updates.

    I already explained this few times and the very day they came out...
    Yes they are massive footprint and unnatural linkbuilding, creating spam link building and SEO profile.
