Question when putting a article on a press-release site it can be free. However if you also want your link to be mentioned you should pay for this.

Is placing a like by this way considered to be a paid link? Should i stay away from it?

nope.. i don't think you should stay away as long as google don't notice your paid link... but don't worry.. paid link can't hurt your ranking as long as it follow the quality of link requirement... however it depends on many factor..

The tv Audience available is HUGE but is your budget?

Internet audience is also massive and you can target traffic as much as local tv advertising. Internet is cheap/ mainly free and just takes a bit of work

If you are doing press release submission, if your budget allows, I would recommend using a PAID submission service. Not only do you receive wider distribution, but typically approval times are also faster. There are quite a number of press release distribution services available. We use I-Newswire.com and sometimes PRweb. There are many other sites like PRNewswire, ereleases, 1888pressrelease etc, so just take a look at what they offer and see if it fits your budget.
