I heard that .edu and .gov blog commenting is very important and can boost your website ranking, so i start work on .edu and .gov blog commenting, but i realize that it is completely wasting of time. Because, .edu and .gov blog never give you backlinks easily and if they approve your comment they remove your link therefore i will say never waste your time on these activities.

Also only educational or research based site can get more benefit from these type of backlinks due to the relevancy. On the other side even if any other general site manage to get a link from those the benefit will not be much.

If Google algorithm had given extra points for .edu links then must have long stopped it. I'm sure they had noticed how badly those edu sites getting spammed.

Yes, you are right, by chance you get link on .edu or .gov site then they must have spam sites.

i don't Think So its a Waste of Time if i will do same on 10 Website and 2 of them is Approved with link then It is Worthful.
Because EDU and Gov. can Really Help to Boost Your rank if some How 1 out of them is Do-follow then also It is Really Worthful to work on 10 Website !
all is what matter if you are Building your backlink in same Niche !
So If you are making That backlinks under same Niche and You got Approved 1 out them then also its really beneficial to provide increment in Link Popularity factor !

.edu and .gov can still hold some weight. Yes they are hard to find blogs that will allow your comments but you programs like Scrapebox, with the right footprints you will eventually find some.

I can not agree with your opinion. EDU and GOV backlinks definitely have more value than other normal backlink. And if you are able to get one of those backlinks it is better than hundred normal backlink.
What is more even if those EDU/GOV are nofollow, then also it is worth. As google love those backlinks.Rank on Google ** Buy PBN Backlinks **[Low OBL |Premium Quality]
