Thread: SOCIALMONKEE USERS!..... You SHOULD read this!

So I signed up for "SocialMonkee's" backlink creator....not as a Free member, but as a paid member.

I have been using this service to create backlinks for quite some time now because it seemed pretty easy to use. Once the backlinks were created I spent time pinging the rss feeds which were created (as recommended on their website).....just to make sure that the pages were crawled and possibly indexed.

Well.... now Im looking into the backlinks that were made by their system......and it seems that they dont have their act together........ apparently its quite easy to change the links to point wherever you want.

Their site should claim "Imagine how many more backlinks you could get for your competition... Imagine how much time your competition could save by scheduling your submissions and getting their backlinks automatically pinged by the system... Well, upgrade today and they can stop imagining!

...... using Socialmonkee....pinging the feeds created....time spent......is REALLY HELPING MY COMPETITION.......because their system is allowing seo'ers to get in and manipulate the links. So Ive created links and am pinging links for MY DIRECT COMPETITION! Thanks socialmonkee.....from my competitors...... NOT FROM ME (a PAID MEMBER!).

I must say that I have more success with IMT Bookmarks that Socialmonkee.

Both are good but IMT is even better cause IMT will automatically Ping and RSS Ping all Backlinks.

Hi my friend If you are going to spend money anywhere I would recommend IMT Bookmarks and SocialAdr. I have been using both and my results are excellent. Not only am I getting more backlinks that actually stick and stay up but my sign ups and sales are also increasing. This is a clear consequence of using both tools. Drop socialmonkey and go with tools that really work.

Well, what do you expect from Pligg sites anyways? There's a million of 'em for starters. Half of em aren't configured well or properly. Half of 'em don't allow anyone to register (but hey they'll collect your username, email and password!) - or let you register but not log-in.

Many of the top voted sites are done so by the owners themselves to keep THE LINKS THEY WANT at the top and on the front page. The owners will allow submission, but perhaps disable voting. They write their own comments, etc. etc. Manipulating links? Possibly.

THIS IS NORMAL in the Pligg/Scuttle world (and many directories too for that matter) - and isn't something unique to SocialMonkee, really. If I owned a bookmark site or autoblog - you could be sure I'd put MY interests before the million and one link dumpers...

All that said: SocialMonkee works. I find there's about a 3 week lag, but if you carefully target your Title keywords with 100+ batch -- you'll see them float towards the top of your keyword stats a few weeks later.
