I tried a few softs in the last monts but i did not find one that:

- auto creates backlinks
- has proxy services included
- has capcha services incuded
- can upload your own url list into

Do you know a soft that can do this things?

ScrapeBox + Senuke X

How would you use Senuke X and scrapebox in conjunction with one another effectively. What is a potential strategy?

Doesn't MagicSubmitter have all that as well? Haven't used it in a while but I did like it when I was working with it.
Now I mostly do manual backlinking and forum commenting on forums that are relevant to my niche. I use socialadr (link in sig) for monthly backlinks that are spinned, submitted, pinged and indexed without me having to worry about them. Very nice time saver and worth the money.

GO for Zennoposter, you can create your own bots and the software is pretty much user friendly.
