How do I verify links I've purchased?

Let's say I bought 1500+ backlinks. I get a csv report of the urls the links are placed on. How do I check to see if they are legitimate links and are indexed and pinged?

First things first, buying 1500 or so links at once is a bad bad idea and will only hurt your site.

Where you want to see if they are indexed?
If the answer is google, then you need to use something like scrapebox or its free options(software) to check if the pages where the links are are indexed by google.

Do not buy so much link in a short time period. Google may penalize you.

How i say it... there are many software products for checking links. Test it at your own sites and feel free to give a fiverr service.
