Getting a mix of high PR and low PR backlinks.
Many people think a good campaign consists only of high PR backlinks. Thats true, but not absolutely.
One of the best way to build up a link building campaign is to get a good mix of both high and low PR backlinks as effective SEO strategy.
High PR links provide "muscle" into the link juice, but low PR links are also necessary to give a ground to the high PR backlinks.
My experiences confirm this point of view.

Similar to mixing up high PR and low PR sites. Its better to mix all the link building methods to get quality backlinks

Google always hate things which can obviously be marked as unnatural and an unnatural thing is that a website get only high PR backlinks. For example: for a young website its quite unnatural that it gets mostly high PR links. It should be rather so, that it gets first lower PR links and than maybe after one year higher PR links.
